The Bridge began as an idea in 2017 when lead pastor Andrew Marston was just a Sophomore at Southern Nazarene University. The South Arkansas District of the Church of the Nazarene had just installed a new District Superintendent who was sure to be seeking to plant new churches in the state. This new vision and leadership brought a lot of excitement and new energy to the District as dreams of new churches began to develop.

Andrew had noticed that there were two college towns on the southern end of the state without any presence from the Church of the Nazarene to be found. Among these towns was Magnolia, Arkansas. It was at that moment that God began to stir in the hearts of both Andrew and the new D.S.

Fast-forward three years later and God has continued to stir hearts and make a way for a new Church in Magnolia. Ministry is already taking place in town and God is on the move in mighty ways.
